Editing a Schedule

Here we are editing the description field in the first item row on a schedule with many items.  Notice the gray scrollbar on the right side of the grid.  This indicates that there are more rows on this schedule than can be shown in the space available.

All items on a schedule are edited from the main schedule. There are no continuation schedules to deal with while editing. Instead the continuation schedules are generated automatically at print time.

Item numbers are calculated automatically by the program.  So as rows are moved the item numbers are changed.  Also, item numbers can be suppressed to allow for addendum-items.

Using the right-side toolbar you can:

  • Navigate between the item-rows (scroll-up, scroll-down, go-to-first, go-to-last)
  • Add, Insert, or Delete item-rows
  • Move item-rows Up or Down to sort them
  • Cut, Copy, and Paste item-rows between any two schedules
